工作原理 测试原料先经单螺杆挤出机熔融、均化、后经熔体泵输送至装有滤网的模头，仪器实时测量，记录滤网前的熔体压力变化曲线，并自动分析和计算压滤值，实现对色母料或其它填充物料分散性能的表征，测试结果自动输出，界面直观，资料准确。 Working principle The test material is melted and homogenized firstly by a single screw extruder, then conveyed to the die with a filter by the melt pump.
